The UX researcher conducts prototype testing with respondents

My role was to be present, stay silent, and analyze. The results of the testing helped us understand the next steps, and the prototype testing process was repeated multiple times.


After each significant iteration, we ran a quick hallway test. If we realized we needed respondent-based testing, we turned again to the UX researchers. This cycle could repeat for quite a while — honestly, I lost count of how many times we tested micro-scenarios.


Skipping the most internal details, the results were then handed over
to development and rolled out to N percent of the bank’s employees

There are two main entry points — on the home screen and in the profile.
The main 'Benefits' section functions as a dashboard where users can see how much they have earned with the bank overall, view a forecast of accruals for the current month, and check statistics for previous months
